2501.ai is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships with our largest enterprise accounts, including banking, telecom, and large IT organizations. You will drive adoption and expansion of 2501 agents in complex infrastructure environments, acting as the bridge between business goals and technical outcomes.

You will reduce churn by making customers wildly successful, identify rising risks, and collaborate with product and engineering to feed customer signals

Qualifications

• Enterprise CS or TAM background in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
• Calm and credible under enterprise pressure, with a track record of growing accounts.
• Bilingual French & English speaker, based in or near Paris.

Responsabilités

• Own post-sale relationships with our largest enterprise accounts.
• Drive adoption and expansion of 2501 agents inside complex environments.
• Bridge between business and technical teams, translating goals into outcomes.
