Scaleway’s Enterprise Customer Engineering team seeks a Technical Account Manager to ensure the technical success and operational delivery for strategic enterprise customers. You will be the main technical contact, coordinating with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer Success to design scalable architectures and drive platform adoption.

You will lead service reviews, manage incidents, and provide FinOps guidance while maintaining strong client relationships across CAC40, scale-ups

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux and S3-compatible storage.
• Proven ability to design scalable, highly available architectures.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery and resolve issues.
• Help customers design and improve cloud architectures on the Scaleway platform.
• Drive adoption of Scaleway services and support effective platform usage.
• Lead or co-host service reviews and steering committees with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor SLA performance, incidents, and root cause analyses for accounts.
• Provide FinOps guidance and cloud cost optimization.
