Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline across Continental Europe, engaging banks, asset managers, insurers and treasury organisations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to create targeted prospecting plans and convert opportunities into revenue in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role is based in Paris with a hybrid model (at least 3 days in the office). Fluency in French and English, plus strong communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in business development or enterprise pipeline generation.
• Fluency in French and English (both required).
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline creation targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute account-based prospecting within target financial institutions.
• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound activities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and Partners to drive pipeline.
• Leverage data platforms to improve prospect research and outreach.
