Anthropic Limited is seeking a Sales Manager for Enterprise Industries in France. You will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, shaping sales strategies for Industries, driving forecast accuracy, and collaborating with engineering and marketing to position AI solutions across major enterprises.

The role emphasizes coaching, structured pipeline management, and strong stakeholder navigation to win strategic deals while aligning with Anthropic’s responsible AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years enterprise sales experience in Industries technology
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally 3+ leading teams within the Enterprise segment in France
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
• Experience establishing and scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies in fast-growing orgs
• Strong technical acumen to understand AI solutions in Industries

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Industries
• Develop and implement sales strategies for Industries procurement cycles and budgeting
• Forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity
• Collaborate with Enablement to accelerate AE ramp time and effectiveness
• Work with Applied AI Engineering to demonstrate capabilities pre-sales and post-sales
• Nurture partnerships across the organization to drive strategic Industries initiatives
• Identify new market opportunities and use cases for Anthropic’s AI solutions
