Anthropic Limited in Paris is seeking a Manager of Applied AI Architecture for Industries to lead the 2nd-line pre-sales organization across France, Iberia and Italy, driving frontier AI adoption with the go-to-market teams. You will hire and grow a team of pre-sales Architects, set performance goals, and engage with strategic customers to shape AI adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
• Experience selling complex technical products to large enterprises.
• Ability to lead managers and distributed teams across countries.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and guide 1st line managers building teams of pre-sales Architects across FR, Iberia and IT.
• Set goals with sales leadership and establish performance expectations.
• Act as sponsor for high-value regional customers on AI adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering to align on customer feedback and blockers.
• Travel regularly to engage with customers and conferences in the region.
