High Street Resources is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to drive the full sales lifecycle across the Paris region for a fintech-focused AI workflow platform. You will identify and pursue potential clients among private equity firms, investment banks, and tier 1 consultancies, and build strong executive relationships to close deals.

You will lead a small global team, collaborate with product and customer success, and travel within the region as needed to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience scaling sales functions in a venture-backed environment.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.
• MBA is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills; willingness to work in a small global team.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsabilités
