DUST is seeking a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer to be the technical partner for our Enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize value from our AI operating system. You will drive long-term success, identify expansion opportunities, and create high-impact use cases that make Dust indispensable.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product & Engineering teams, lead implementations and trainings, and help build Dust’s Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up, starting in Paris.

• 4+ years in technical and customer-facing roles.
• Self-starter who can solve customer issues.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Desire to become an expert on Dust’s product.
• Ability to build trusted technical relationships.

• High technical aptitude; experience with APIs, web development; scripting; familiarity with LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Develop product expertise to serve as internal expert for customer scenarios.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers.
• Lead advanced implementation projects, integrations, and custom workflows.
• Lead training and workshop sessions to communicate Dust’s value to buyers.
• Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Translate usage patterns and feedback into product requirements and roadmap.
• Help build Dust’s global Solutions Engineering organization from the ground up.
