Dust is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to build AI-driven support systems and run a customer-focused operation at scale. You will define the support stack, create automation, and own the backlog, driving a product mindset within a fast-moving team.

You will hire and mentor engineers, handle the toughest tickets, and push for proactive improvements across engineering, product, and documentation while working closely with Paris-based teams.

Qualifications

• Defined or significantly shaped a support engineering function before.
• Experience reading code, analyzing logs, troubleshooting distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Build AI systems that reduce manual support load.
• Run support when systems fall short and handle escalations.
• Bridge customer pain to product improvements and backlogs.
• Hire, onboard, and develop the support engineers around you.
