Dust is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive transformational AI adoption for Dust Enterprise customers in a fast-paced environment. You will lead onboarding, training, and strategic enablement programs that translate business challenges into high-impact use cases with measurable outcomes.

You will help shape a new product category from the ground up in a role where ownership and impact define success, with Paris deployment as a core focus.

Qualifications

• You’ve led digital adoption, enablement, or education initiatives for Enterprise customers in fast-moving tech environments
• Experience managing large-scale product rollouts and change programs across organizations with 1,000+ employees
• Able to translate complex product and technical concepts into clear guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on with AI products and workflows in professional settings; AI fluency embedded in your work
• Comfort engaging with executives, end users, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
• Create scalable customer leverage through documentation, enablement content, workshops, and repeatable systems

Responsabilités

• Lead the Customer Deployment Journey for strategic customers in the first 60–90 days
• Partner with customers to define deployment goals aligned with business objectives
• Design and deliver persona-specific enablement sessions for users and executives
• Identify and unlock high-impact use cases across customer organizations
• Monitor adoption signals and proactively remove blockers to accelerate value realization
• Design scalable enablement programs linking customer goals with Dust capabilities
• Create educational content (guides, playbooks, learning materials) to enable self-sufficiency
• Build the foundation of Dust’s customer education platform and collaborate with Sales/CS on handoffs
• Sound voice of the customer to inform product development in GenAI landscape
• Help establish foundations and repeatable systems for Dust’s Paris deployment motion
• Prioritize customer outcomes and nurture cross-team relationships
