Dust is seeking a Solutions Engineering Lead to build and head the team connecting Dust’s technical groups with customers, partners, and the go-to-market organization in Paris. You will shape evaluations, customer implementations, and partner engagements while remaining hands-on with complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three+ years leading technical teams across pre-sales, post-sales, solutions consulting, or related functions.
• Experience across multiple Solutions Engineering functions (pre-sales, post-sales, implementation, partnerships).
• Strategic thinker with hands-on, low-ego leadership style.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the Solutions Engineering organization across pre-sales, post-sales, and partnerships.
• Define team structure, roles, career paths, operating standards, and success metrics.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard 4–6 Solutions Engineers in the first year.
• Create repeatable playbooks for technical discovery, pilots, onboarding, implementation, enablement, expansion, and co-selling.
• Establish standards for technical capability, platform expertise, demos, and customer communication.
• Coach the team with regular feedback and leadership development.
• Set and track metrics like POC conversion, time to value, and partner-sourced pipeline.
• Stay hands-on with Dust’s API, data connectors, agent orchestration, and integration architecture.
• Collaborate with customer/partner engineering teams to validate integrations.
• Produce reusable technical content: reference architectures, security docs, integration guides, enablement materials.
• Explain Dust’s agentic systems vs deterministic workflow automation to technical/non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to enterprise engagements and shape technical strategy with cross-functional partners.
