Dust is looking for a Solutions Engineer in Paris to act as the technical bridge between sales and prospects. You will demonstrate our AI operating system, scope use cases, and support technical evaluations, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product & Engineering teams.

You will own demos, identify high-value applications, and build custom LLM agents to showcase practical deployments. Strong communication and API understanding are essential in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical demonstrations for diverse audiences (technical and business).
• Strong communication and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• Understanding of API concepts and how to communicate AI value.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering principles.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Dust’s value and drive customer success.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify high-value use cases aligned with Dust’s capabilities.
• Create and configure custom LLM agents to demonstrate practical applications.
• Own the technical evaluation end-to-end from demos to pilots.
