Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to act as Strategic Builders, defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You will deliver end-to-end engagements from discovery through deployment and consumption, guiding change and maximizing business value.

You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers and leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate deployments, while ensuring responsible AI practices and governance are baked in from day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
• You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory) - mandatory
• Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
• Proficiency in programming: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
• Proven ability to lead and own complex engagements end-to-end—from discovery to measurable outcomes
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices
• Strong project and programme management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Ownership of end-to-end client engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify, Engage, Deploy, Consume
• Define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and create architecture across Salesforce platform
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications; act as delivery backbone
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement scope
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Vibes
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business-value outcomes to senior leaders
• Assess customer AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation
• Synthesize field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI roadmap
