Salesforce is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll own architecture decisions, guide a team of engineers, and set engineering standards for scalable deployments.

You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption across customers. You’ll design agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, own data lifecycles, and push for continuous innovation with AI tools, while

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery
Experience delivering production AI/ SaaS solutions in enterprise environments
Proficient in at least one major language (Python/JS/TS/Java/Apex) and familiar with others
Knowledge of AI tooling and responsible AI practices
Strong data modeling and analytics background

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform
Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing
Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into deployable AI
Maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health
Contribute to product roadmap with field insights
Pilot new AI tools and models, share learnings with team
