Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
• Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design
• Strong project and programme management skills
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle — Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume
• Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and progress reporting
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution
• Develop real customer solutions with AI tools like Cursor and Claude
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business-value outcomes
• Assess customer AI readiness and guide change management
• Provide product feedback to influence the roadmap
