Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers. You will architect, implement, and productionize complex AI workflows on the Agentforce platform, mentor engineers, and uphold high engineering standards.

You'll collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy, pilot new tools, and drive adoption across engagements while ensuring robust data handling and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and conversant in the others.
• Integrated LLMs into production and used frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics on platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and integration patterns.
• Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer-specific platforms.
• Resolve technical blockers: data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, performance regressions.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, with discernment on what to defer and what must be right the first time.
• Codify learnings into patterns, reusable assets and internal frameworks for the org.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming and shared work.
