Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Principal (Data Strategist) to define enterprise data strategies and roadmaps, aligning governance with business goals. You will partner with executives and technologists to deliver AI-powered solutions, drive data-driven learning agendas, and help clients transform operations through data-centric design.

You will lead client teams, shape thought leadership, and foster collaboration across disciplines while ensuring regulatory alignment and value realization

Qualifications

• Strong data and AI knowledge, able to translate client business needs into learning agendas and strategies.
• Practical knowledge in at least one industry (retail, financial services, healthcare, media, manufacturing).
• Understanding of data quality, data activation, and strategic AI applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead data- and AI-driven program approaches across client teams.
• Provide strategic direction for data and AI thought leadership.
• Embed new data-driven approaches and case studies across engagements.
• Drive new business pitches and prototyping work.
• Grow adoption of data and AI platforms in client initiatives.
• Define and support design and implementation of data-driven use cases.
