Job summary

Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, is seeking a Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive growth in France from its Paris office. You’ll own the full sales cycle, engage senior decision-makers, design solutions, negotiate, close, and drive early expansion with large, complex organisations.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Compliance, Operations and Legal to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling a technical or API product, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Proven ability to sell to large accounts and navigate long sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and disciplined pipeline management.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline from outbound, ABM, events and partnerships.
• Lead complex deals from discovery to close, with business cases.
• Build senior-level relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Operations to move deals.
• Contribute market feedback to shape product and GTM strategy.
