Job summary
Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to combine sales acumen with deep fintech product knowledge. You will work with Account Executives through the pre-sale journey, translating customer needs into credible banking solutions and coordinating with Product and Compliance to handle complex requirements.
You will engage with enterprise prospects, run tailored demos, and help shape the right setup for delivery in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals in a customer-facing tech role.
- Experience in fintech, payments, embedded banking or related fields desired.
- Ability to design technical solutions and articulate business value.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives from discovery to technical win.
- Design end-to-end solutions, mapping APIs and integration dependencies.
- Assess regulatory and compliance considerations with the Compliance team.
- Define scope for custom solutions and document trade-offs.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery across teams.
- Create templates, demos and guidance to enable future deals.
- Provide market feedback to Product to influence decisions.
