Alan is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for large French companies. You will engage with HR executives, CFOs, and CEOs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and drive multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close.

The role requires deep enterprise sales experience, fluent French, and strong English, with regular travel between Paris and Bordeaux. We expect you to own the process end-to-end, build strategic relationships, and contribute to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales and full sales-cycle ownership.
• Fluent French (C2) and advanced English.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing with CAC40-level clients.
• Educate prospects with inspiring demos and coordinate across HR, CFO, CEO, and other stakeholders.
• Lead tailored, high-touch sales strategies and coordinate multi-stakeholder approvals during long sales cycles.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to refine offers and support executive relationships.
