Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for France to own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, driving net new logos and a robust pipeline across the French enterprise market.

You will work with Solutions Engineers, Channel Development, and partners to position Rubrik’s data security platform against customer risk, while developing relationships with key decision makers and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Sourced own pipeline and landed net new logos within the French enterprise market.
• Fluent in French and English; engage with enterprise buyers and technical stakeholders in both languages.
• Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multistakeholder decision making.
• Comfortable working with channel partners as part of a broader go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a territory sales plan for France, driving net new logo acquisition.
• Run multistakeholder sales cycles end to end, from discovery to close.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline balancing breadth and depth.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, Channel Development, and partners to position Rubrik’s data security platform.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and executive sponsors in target accounts.
• Work with channel partners to extend reach and accelerate growth.
• Provide market intelligence to leadership on competitive signals and partnerships.
