sunday is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition lead to own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Tech and beyond. You will work directly with hiring managers and the People team to understand needs, move fast, and bring the right people in while shaping the candidate experience.

Based in Paris, you will manage freelance missions starting July 2026 or a six-month CDD in France, with offices in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and adaptability.
• Proven sourcing and hiring track record with a Europe/US network.
• Excellent communication and ability to persuade hiring managers.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus for local hiring.
• For freelance option: valid freelance/auto-entrepreneur status.

Responsabilités

• Drive volume and recruitment quality across multiple markets and functions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from drafting descriptions to onboarding.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and universities.
• Improve recruiting processes with best practices, tools, and metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and guide interviews.
• Champion candidate experience with timely, personal communication.
• Document processes and mentor future interviewers as the team grows.
