• Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment.
• Go-to-market/commercial/business profile hiring experience.
• Headhunting experience in sales-led organisations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.

• Screen applications and conduct pre-qualification interviews.
