Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across tech, engineering or deeptech.
• Experience using automation to handle high-volume recruiting (>20 interviews/week).
• Fully fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

• Own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end with a world-class candidate experience.
• Source elite talent across engineering, research, operations, and business.
• Lead all interview stages with structured, data-driven methods to assess skills and potential.
• Design, document, and optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and consistency at scale.
• Coach managers on best practices to evaluate and attract high-level candidates.
• Represent the brand to universities, tech communities, and international events.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate journey from first contact to signature.
