Photoroom is seeking a freelance Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring across the business. You’ll run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering, building pipelines from scratch while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent & People team.

The 3–4 month mission runs 4–5 days per week with potential renewal, based in Paris with regular on-site collaboration and start in early October.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience across in-house, embedded, or agency

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruitment cycle from kickoff through offer, ensuring timely, meaningful feedback at every stage.
• Run searches across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering with 5–7 live roles at a time.
• Source actively and balance outbound outreach with inbound applications to build a diverse candidate pool.
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role scope and guide selection and offers.
• Leverage automation and AI tooling to streamline processes and improve hiring speed.
