Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace technology, is seeking an Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads within Mirakl Connect. You will shape technical direction, drive delivery across Seller Experience and Channel Integration, and partner with Product, Design, and US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years leading engineering teams (5–6 engineers) across multiple squads.
• Proven ecommerce / marketplaces / channel management experience.
• Strong Java background, architecture-minded and able to lead Java engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two engineering squads responsible for the seller journey on Mirakl Connect and integrations with external marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Zalando, ensuring reliable delivery and a high engineering bar.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define priorities, translate business needs into execution plans, and make trade-offs that balance delivery speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
• Drive the technical direction of your scope — challenging architectural choices, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable, and raising best practices in testing, observability, and incident management.
• Develop your people: coach engineers and tech leads, identify growth opportunities, run performance and career conversations, and contribute to attracting strong talent into the organization.
• Build a strong operating model for your teams — improving ways of working pragmatically, protecting team focus, fostering ownership, and enabling effective collaboration with distributed and international stakeholders.
