Wärtsilä Energy is seeking a Contract Manager Field Services to join our team in Paris (La Défense) or Surgères, France. You will coordinate field service activities, manage service contracts, and ensure contract delivery while balancing operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You will act as the main contact between field teams, clients and stakeholders, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and support contract negotiations and improvements.

Qualifications

• Ingenieering or technical background with service contracts.
• Experience coordinating field service or contract management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule field service operations per client needs and standards.
• Act as main contact between field teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, procedures and contractual obligations are met.
• Support contract negotiations, revisions and improvements.
• Monitor contract performance and drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for service growth.
