Wärtsilä Energy Services is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field service operations in Surgères, France, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery for power plant customers.

You will manage resources, develop a team of field service coordinators, drive continuous improvements, collaborate with regional teams and technical experts, and build strong customer partnerships to deliver lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, power generation, energy, industrial operations, maintenance or related technical environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams and resources.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, workforce planning, and resource management.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships in a service-oriented business.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate field service operations to ensure successful maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting and technical support activities.
• Manage allocation and deployment of field service resources for safe, efficient, and customer-focused services.
• Lead and develop a team of field service coordinators and resource management professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams, technical experts, sales and business functions to forecast resource requirements.
• Monitor resource utilization, service delivery performance and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards across field service activities.
