Wärtsilä Energy is seeking a Contract Manager Field Services to join our team in Paris (La Défense) or Surgères, France. You will coordinate field service activities, manage service contracts, and ensure contract delivery while balancing operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You will act as the main contact between field teams, clients and stakeholders, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and support contract negotiations and improvements.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Contract Manager Field Services pour rejoindre notre équipe et soutenir nos opérations de maintenance et de service sur moteurspour centrales electriques thermiques. Ce poste est à pourvoir à Paris (La Défense) ou Surgèes (17).

Dans ce rôle, vous coordonnerez les activités terrain, assurerez la bonne exécution des contrats de service et développerez des relations durables avec nos clients. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion opérationnelle et commerciale des prestations de services, tout en veillant à la satisfaction client et à la rentabilité des contrats.

Vos principales responsabilités

• Coordonner et planifier les interventions Field Service en adéquation avec les besoins des clients et les standards de qualité.
• Servir de point de contact principal entre les équipes techniques, les clients et les parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Assurer le respect des règles de sécurité, des procédures opérationnelles et des exigences contractuelles.
• Soutenir les équipes terrain dans la résolution des problématiques techniques et opérationnelles.
• Piloter les activités de gestion et d'exécution des contrats de services.
• Suivre la performance des contrats (qualité, délais, rentabilité, satisfaction client) et mettre en œuvre des actions d’amélioration.
• Participer aux négociations contractuelles et aux évolutions de contrats existants.
• Identifier les opportunités de ventes additionnelles et contribuer au développement de l'activité.
• Maintenir une expertise sur les bonnes pratiques de gestion de contrats et de prestation de services.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus Field Service et Contract Management.

Ce que nous recherchons

• Formation technique ou expérience significative dans les services industriels, maritimes ou énergétiques.
• Expérience en coordination d'interventions terrain, gestion de projets de service ou gestion de contrats.
• Bonne compréhension des environnements techniques de maintenance et de service.
• Orientation client et sens du résultat.
• Solides compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
• Capacité à analyser les performances et à prendre des décisions basées sur les données.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

We are looking for a Contract Manager Field Services to join our team and support service operations for Energy engine maintenance activities.

In this role, you will coordinate field service activities, manage service contracts, and ensure successful contract delivery. You will play a key role in balancing operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance. This role will be based in Paris or Sugères, France.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service operations in line with customer requirements and service standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between field service teams, customers, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, operational procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Support field personnel in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Manage service contracts and execute contract delivery management activities.
• Monitor contract performance, including service quality, delivery timeliness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support contract negotiations, revisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in contract management practices and industry standards.
• Drive improvements in field service and contract management processes.
