You will coordinate field service activities, balance operational excellence with customer satisfaction and commercial performance, and support contract negotiations while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical education or relevant experience in industrial, marine, or energy services.
• Experience in field service coordination, service project management, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of technical service and maintenance environments.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule field service operations per customer requirements and standards.
• Serve as main contact between field teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, procedures and contractual obligations are met.
• Support field personnel in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Manage service contracts and contract delivery activities.
• Monitor service quality, delivery timeliness, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support contract negotiations, revisions and continuous improvement.
• Identify additional sales opportunities and contribute to growth.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in contract management practices and industry standards.
• Drive improvements in field service and contract management processes.
