Mars Global Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across designated business areas. You will influence stakeholders, drive sourcing strategies, and deliver a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will manage the full lifecycle, partner with managers, and use Workday to ensure quality hiring while upholding Mars values and global standards.

Qualifications

• Proven Talent Acquisition expertise from agency or corporate environments.
• Full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior roles in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to manage stakeholders with credibility and impact.
• Skilled in sourcing using diverse channels and direct search.
• Operate autonomously while contributing to team goals.
• Clear communication in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for your dedicated business area.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offers (Workday).
• Represent Mars values and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
• Utilize Talent Acquisition tools to align with global standards.
