Mars Global Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, influence stakeholders, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across multiple locations including Aimargues and Paris.

You will manage internal and external hiring, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure alignment with global recruitment standards while representing Mars values throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven talent acquisition experience in agency or corporate environments.
• Ability to own full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior roles in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing skills across channels and direct search.
• Clear written and spoken English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for your dedicated business area.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build attraction strategies.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management using Workday.
• Act as Mars ambassador, upholding company values and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve outcomes.
• Leverage Talent Acquisition tools to maintain global recruitment standards.
