Job summary

EasyVista, a leading European ITSM and IT Operations platform, is seeking a Senior Talent Manager to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our SaaS organization. Reporting to the CHRO, you will own recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding with a strategic, business-partner mindset.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across markets, design onboarding experiences, craft compelling employer branding, and partner with leaders to align talent initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management roles.
• Fluency in French, English, and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles; partner with hiring managers.
• Design and optimize onboarding programs and materials for different roles and locations.
• Create employer branding content and manage recruitment channels to attract candidates.
• Act as HR business partner to managers and leaders, aligning talent plans with business needs.
