Vates SAS is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across our international operations. You will craft and publish compelling job postings, build multi-channel sourcing strategies, and engage passive candidates to fill technical roles, while conducting structured interviews and coordinating offers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum degree: Bachelor’s to Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency, IT services, or in-house).
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Gather and analyze recruitment needs with hiring coordinators.
• Draft, validate, and publish job postings across channels.
• Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategy (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools).
• Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting.
• Conduct HR screenings and interviews.
• Assess candidates’ skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Coordinate full recruitment process through to offer and signing.
