Dashdoc in Paris is seeking a Project Manager for Dutch-speaking key accounts within the Customer Success team. You will manage projects end to end, ensuring Dashdoc is implemented smoothly in clients' human and IT environments and supporting the sales team on complex deals.

Driver's license and flexibility: ability to travel independently to client sites in the Benelux, roughly once a week. A driver's license is mandatory.
Experience in road freight transport or industry: solid understanding of the transport or industrial sector, with at least 5 years of experience. Strong customer service mindset and ability to understand business needs to propose effective solutions
Experience with complex software: experience managing complex tools (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS...), as a project manager, consultant, etc., in logistics or supply chain
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to persuade and build rapport, and to prepare and deliver impactful written and oral presentations
Organizational and analytical mindset: strong ability to analyze data and define KPIs, prioritize across multiple projects, and follow through on action plans. Proactive in solving problems
Languages: native Dutch, and able to work in English daily (written and spoken). French is not mandatory.
Bonus: experience with SaaS tools, whether as an end user, consultant, or project manager
