Jobtailor in France seeks an experienced labor law professional to lead social dialogue, implement collective agreements, and support risk assessment initiatives.

You will draft employee contracts, monitor sensitive cases, coordinate with external partners, and contribute to cross-functional projects such as BDESE and audits while maintaining ongoing legal monitoring and advisory support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Employment/Social Law (Bac+5).
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar position within a transforming or multi-site organization.
• Ability to analyze situations with a strategic perspective.
• Structured, organized with rigorous prioritization.
• Autonomy in handling and following up cases.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for and participate in representative bodies (Works Council - CSE, CSSCT) and contribute to social dialogue.
• Support implementation of collective agreements and risk assessment documents (DUER) and follow-up diagnostics and action plans.
• Collaborate with CSE to analyze internal situations and provide support.
• Draft, secure and monitor employee contractual documents.
• Coordinate follow-up of occupational illness cases with external partners including law firms.
• Support management of sensitive employee situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation).
• Maintain active legal monitoring, advise teams, and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and participate in representative bodies (Works Council - CSE, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee - CSSCT) and contribute to constructive social dialogue.


• Support the implementation of collective agreements and risk assessment documents (DUER), ensuring follow-up of related diagnostics and action plans.


• Take part in the analysis and support of internal situations, in collaboration with the Works Council (CSE).


• Draft, secure and monitor employee contractual documents.


• Coordinate the follow-up of occupational illness cases in liaison with external partners, including law firms.


• Support the management of sensitive individual situations (disciplinary matters, terminations, disputes, litigation).


• Maintain active legal monitoring, provide advice and expertise to teams and contribute to cross-functional projects (BDESE, audits).

Requirements

• Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Employment/Social Law


• Minimum of 5 yearsxperience in a similar position within a transforming organization or multi-site environment


• Ability to analyze situations with strategic perspective


• Structured organization and rigorous prioritization skills
