Amgen in Paris is seeking an Employee Relations Manager who speaks fluent English and French to lead investigations and advise managers across the EMEA region. You will conduct impartial HR investigations, develop records, and partner with Legal and HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple cases while providing guidance on performance, discipline, and workplace conduct.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ practical experience managing complex Employee Relations casework.
• Strong understanding of European employment laws and related HR practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply company policy, investigation procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough, timely and impartial HR investigations across assigned countries within the EMEA region, involving employees at all levels of the organisation.
• Prepare professional, well‑documented investigation records, including investigation plans, interview notes, and summaries.
• Present investigation findings to HR colleagues, Legal partners, and business leaders clearly, concisely, and objectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners across assigned countries within the EMEA region.
• Provide people leaders with expert advice and practical guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, probation, behavioural concerns, disciplinary and grievance issues, and conflict resolution.
