Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our growing teams across EMEA, with a particular focus on France. You will partner with Legal, Employee Relations, and People Operations to strengthen employee relations, governance, and compliant people practices at scale.

You’ll guide managers through performance conversations, organizational changes, and cross‑functional initiatives while maintaining high integrity and confidentiality in a fast‑paced, globally distributed organisation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in fast-paced, international environments.
• Experience partnering with managers and legal/employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead France-specific employee representations and CSE-related processes.
• Support managers across EMEA with performance management and employee relations.
• Partner with Legal and People Operations to ensure compliant people practices.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Total Rewards to deliver consistent employee experience.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and operating rhythms for France.
