Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Global Director - Accounts Payable based in France to lead the global Procure-to-Pay function, unify policies, and drive automation across countries and entities. This role partners with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient processes and scalable growth.

The ideal candidate will manage ERP-enabled controls, vendor data, and reporting while integrating acquired businesses and maintaining strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in procurement, AP, P2P operations, or finance process leadership.
• Global experience managing financial or procurement processes across multiple countries/entities.
• Strong knowledge of the full P2P lifecycle including supplier onboarding, PO creation, invoice processing, and payments.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and automation to improve controls and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P2P operations across multiple countries and entities.
• Develop global procurement and AP policies, procedures, and governance.
• Strengthen internal controls and compliance across regions.
• Drive process standardization, centralization, and automation to reduce manual work.
• Oversee shared services performance, reporting, and SLAs.
• Coordinate acquisition integration of procurement and AP processes.
