Job summary

Accenture seeks a Practice Lead Workday in France to build and lead a high-impact team delivering large-scale HR transformations for major clients. You will guide sales, profitability, and client value while coordinating with Workday and other Accenture units across Europe.

You will mentor peers, broaden the practice, and stay at the forefront of enterprise reinvention using AI-driven tech and diverse delivery models.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and expanding a professional practice.
• Experience in large-scale sales cycles with global clients.
• Delivery of large HR transformations.
• Ability to meet targets for sales, revenue and KPIs.
• Travel willingness and team/client management.
• Analytical, deadline-driven and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Workday team in France.
• Expand the team to grow the business.
• Monitor and manage targets for sales, revenues and profitability.
• Engage in sales activities as well as delivery activities.
• Maintain relationships with Workday and partners.
• Collaborate with other Accenture entities to serve client interests.
• Embrace AI and Agentic AI to reinvigorate enterprise.
