Jobgether SRL, listed by a partner company, seeks an Events Marketing Manager based in France. You will lead in-person events and virtual experiences across the EMEA region, owning the regional events strategy and coordinating across marketing, sales, content, design, and partnerships.

Expect to drive demand generation, lead growth, and measurable revenue impact while shaping regional playbooks and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS/B2B tech.
• Proven experience planning and delivering in-person events across multiple formats in EMEA.
• Experience managing webinars end-to-end (about one per month).
• Strong PM and organization skills across multiple projects and time zones.
• Experience collaborating with Sales for event-driven lead follow-up and revenue objectives.
• Familiarity with Marketo or similar marketing automation and Salesforce or equivalent CRM.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar (field events, hosted experiences, conferences, regional activations).
• Define event objectives, audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and formats to maximize reach and impact.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, timelines, speakers, run-of-show, registration, and on-site support.
• Develop event materials with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Partnerships, and Sales teams.
• Plan and deliver ~1 webinar per month with topic selection, coordination, localization, and promotion.
