Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to support enterprise implementation and deployment, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across client environments.

You will serve as the Workday subject matter expert, lead testing activities (SIT, UAT, end-to-end), validate configurations, and coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance and technical teams to ensure production readiness. This remote role offers exposure to complex payroll operations in France.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong payroll domain knowledge and testing methodologies.
• Proven experience leading payroll testing activities for enterprise Workday deployments.
• Familiarity with payroll data validation, reconciliation, cutover activities, and go-live preparation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee payroll testing and validation throughout implementation and deployment.
• Lead payroll testing initiatives: SIT, end-to-end, regression, parallel payroll, and UAT.
• Validate payroll configurations: earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and compliance.
• Develop and execute test scripts; document results; coordinate defect resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and implementation partners to ensure readiness and accuracy.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and go-live preparation.
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and contribute to defect management.
