Job summary

Quortex is seeking an HR Partner, EMEA responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the EMEA region. You will partner with the Head of HR to support managers and employees in France, Belgium, and other jurisdictions via employing entities of record.

The role combines regional operational ownership with business partnering, focusing on delivering an excellent employee experience and aligning local practices with Quortex and Lumine Group standards.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist or HR Partner experience in an international organisation.
• Strong practical knowledge of French employment practices.
• Wider European HR experience highly desirable.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations across EMEA, with focus on France and Belgium.
• Manage onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave administration and offboarding.
• Administer employment documentation and ensure accurate employee records.
• Maintain data integrity within Workday and HR systems.
• Provide employee relations support and partner with managers on people priorities.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with external providers.
