Quortex is seeking an HR Partner, EMEA to deliver a professional HR service across the EMEA region, working closely with the Head of HR and local teams. The role combines regional HR operational ownership with business partnering to support managers and employees across France, Belgium and other jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Partner in international organisations.
• Strong knowledge of French employment practices.
• Experience coordinating payroll & benefits administration is desirable.
• Fluent French and English.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day HR operations across EMEA, with focus on France and Belgium.
• Manage onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave administration and offboarding.
• Administer employment documentation and ensure accurate employee records.
• Maintain data integrity within Workday and HR systems.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance, attendance and policy matters.
• Coordinate payroll/providers and benefits administration.
• Lead HR policy implementation and locally compliant practices.
