Job summary

VELUX is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the Southwest Europe region, based in Morangis with hybrid work. You will partner with senior leaders across France and Iberia to align people strategies with business priorities, drive performance, and enable transformation in a complex international matrix.

You will lead workforce planning, succession, leadership pipelines, and DEI initiatives, while ensuring compliance and partnering with Payroll, Recruitment and Centres of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partner roles within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law; familiarity with Iberian labor frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business challenges into HR priorities.
• Coach managers to build high-performance teams and drive a performance-driven culture.
• Contribute to regional P&O plans and priorities across France, Iberia, and regional functions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, talent management processes, and leadership pipelines.
• Oversee employee development, learning, and engagement initiatives.
• Support organizational design, change management, and DEI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams.
