Qorvo, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide internal HR support across several European countries, with a focus on France. You will advise leaders and employees, implement HR programs, and partner with regional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and compliance.

The role reports to the Regional HR Leader and requires fluency in French and English, strong coaching and change management skills, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with significant experience will be considered.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with EMEA HR team and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR support and initiatives.
• Advise managers on performance, development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with works councils, legal, and management to ensure compliant, fair outcomes.
• Drive annual HR programs including performance management, compensation planning, and training.
• Support Talent Acquisition in recruiting, onboarding, and future talent planning.
• Support engagement, retention, and change management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, GDPR, and works council obligations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
