Job summary

Everpure, a technology company with operations in France, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support its France-based organization. You will partner with leaders across France, Italy and Spain, balancing day-to-day HR delivery with strategic initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local laws.

The role partners with Legal Counsel on complex employee relations and acts as the French Works Council liaison.

Qualifications

• Extensive background as an HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist in tech or sales
• Advanced working knowledge of French employment law and modern HR practices
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence leadership decisions
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR advisor for leaders across France, Italy and Spain, translating business needs into people strategies
• Manage complex employee relations including performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles for regional impact
• Partner with EMEA HR Operations to optimize the employee lifecycle and HR processes
