Odaseva is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our France, Germany, and UK teams from Paris. You will act as the operational backbone of HR, ensuring a proactive, pragmatic approach to people challenges and collaboration with global HR teams.

You will work independently, on onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and engagement, with a focus on a positive employee experience across a multi‑country environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven track record as an operational HRBP in tech or scale‑up environments.
• Strong command of French labor law and CSE management.
• Solid understanding of UK and German contractual specifics.
• Fluent English for daily stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Operate as the primary HRBP for EMEA and advise leadership and managers on policies and performance.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of multi‑country technical teams.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance across France, Germany, and the UK.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and drive global performance processes for tech teams.
