Job summary

Midea France is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders across France and Benelux, delivering people strategies and expert guidance on organisational design, performance, and talent development.

The role covers employee relations, payroll administration, and the lifecycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding, within a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in generalist HR, HR Manager, or HRBP.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law; Benelux exposure advantageous.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR partnering across France and Benelux to support business objectives with effective people strategies.
• Advise managers on organisation design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Oversee employee relations, HR compliance, and legal matters within the region.
• Manage HR operations and lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll administration with external providers and ensure accurate salary processing.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet business needs and budgets.
• Promote engagement, culture, and leadership development aligned with company values.
