Job summary

Talantir is seeking an HR Business Partner for France with EMEA scope, based in Paris. You’ll partner with regional leaders to translate enterprise priorities into local HR execution and drive workforce planning, organizational alignment and employee relations across multiple countries.

The role requires 5–8+ years in HR generalist/HRBP, strong France law knowledge, and experience with Works Council in France within multinational settings. Travel <20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of France employment law and EMEA exposure.
• Experience with Works Council in France is preferred.
• Background in multinational or global organizations.
• Comfort handling complex employee relations matters.
• Digital fluency and interest in automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders on workforce planning, team effectiveness and organizational alignment.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations across assigned countries.
• Guide managers on performance management, policy interpretation and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and company standards.
• Support Works Council setup and engagement in France.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinated HR operations.
• Leverage workforce analytics and digital tools to enhance decision‑making.
