Job summary

Odaseva is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the operational backbone of HR for our EMEA teams in France, Germany, and the UK. You will collaborate with leadership and managers to address daily people operations, onboarding, policy advice, and cross-border employment needs.

You will navigate French labor law, UK and German contractual specifics, and a hands-on approach to employee relations. The role is based in Paris with hybrid work and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven track record as an operational HRBP in tech or scale-up environments.
• Strong command of French labor law (CSE management essential) and understanding of UK/German contractual specifics.
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset with high attention to detail for administrative tasks.
• Fluent English is essential for daily communication with UK/Germany stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HRBP for Leadership (CTO, CISO) and Managers across France, Germany and the UK.
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and skill development.
• Coordinate onboarding of technical talent across multiple countries.
